She pulled out her journal and started writing.

Ayumi's head shot up upon hearing Sakura's screams of pain. She bolted to her room then froze, her eyes wide as she saw her friend convulsing and clutching her chest as she sobbed and screamed for help. All she wanted was for the pain to stop but it continued still.

Ayumi was frozen to the core, unable to move, unable to think. She could see Sakura's aura, white with strength. But around the white was black mixed with blood red. It attacked the white, hurting her.

Nite saw her aura and gasped. Trying to pull the black that she'd adopted as her own aura away from it.

Ayumi gave Nite a hard shake which made her let go. She looked to her before saying, "Stay here and tell Naruto to hold her down. Help him with that." She raced off, needing to do this alone.

She nodded, helping Naruto pin Sakura down.

Ayumi ran into the forest, where Sakura was stabbed. There was dried blood that was surrounded by a black aura.

Sakura continued to struggle and beg for them to take the pain away.

Nite held her down. "Sakura, it'll be ok..." she whispered.

Ayumi held her hand out, a white aura surrounding her hand. She shot it at the blackness, knowing it would hurt Sakura more than anything but it had to get worse before it could get better...

Sakura let out a shriek of bloody murder as her stomach stab wound reopened. The blood however, was black.

Sakura's skin was deadly pale, sweat drenching her body. Tears ran down her face as she no longer screamed, no longer shook. She just lay there, her eyes closed, looking sick and as if death was trying to take over.

Sakura let out a scared whimper, feeling alone and as the flashbacks of the pain and sadness and grief filled her mind.

Sakura weakly opened her eyes, her voice hoarse and wavering. "I-It hurts..." she choked out, her hand weakly wrapping around his.

Sakura tried to look at Nite but it hurt to move. She just couldn't. Her stomach still leaked black blood.

Ayumi was attacking the black aura with Sakura's white one. Sometimes her white aura was cooperating, other times it would join it then get knocked back. She knew that this was causing Sakura immense pain.

Sakura's screams started up again as she spasmed because it felt as if she was being torn apart, as if she was getting hit by a train over and over.

Sakura suddenly fell back, falling limp.

Sakura didn't respond as she slipped into the abyss as her memories of the past clouded her mind.

Sakura watched as the memories played until they just stopped...and all there was was a white room that she was standing in. The room was blank, and just went on forever. She looked around, looking for someone.
