The result of a crazy cool collab between OpenTheDoor and moi! Come partake in the awesomeness!

The Lavergnes. A family whose history is steeped in blood and mystery. Strange, rich, exotic. Completely in control. They are a family whose very name is a byword for scandal and secrecy. Somehow staying one of LA's most powerful families since the 1930's, their large family and strange ways are known throughout the country.
And their head matriarch is dying.
Adelaide Lavergne, a voodoo priestess who has lived as a mulatto slave in Lousisiana and then as a California woman worth millions of dollars, as built a family on the bones of the dead. Having sacrificed her thirteen children for power and let the fourteenth be her soul heir, her many descendants have all inherited her blood and mystical ways. Those who are taught the ways are allowed to grant wishes with her to those who need them, everything from eternal life to unending happiness. However, none of these wishes come out as planned and only make these people's lives worse. Through voodoo antics such as these and others, the Lavergnes have been able to rule LA for many years.
Seemingly always in their shadows are the Castellos. Sensing the woman's death at hand, they eagarly await their chance to take over abd run things as they see fit.
Their main weapong against the Lavergnes are a group known as Prometheus. While seen from the outside as a popular political group, they are actually a crazed, bloodthirsty cult with a thing for hypnosise. They want to expose the Lavergnes for who they are through whatever means neccesary. Led by Domingo Aruli, they are quickly gaining more and more followers.

Adelaide knows that her time is near. But it doesn't mean she can't go out with a bang. She has set a demon loose in LA- the ancient demon known as Asherere. As kids start to go missing after seeing a boogeyman like figure and the results of the wishes become more and mote hectic, more and more hostility grows towards the Lavergnes. Soon not even their servants or friends in politics will be able to save them...

Appearence:: Long (mid-back) natural blond curly and frizzy hair usually worn up in a pony tail with a head band, curvy, short(5"),emerald eyes that are framed by green rectangular bottomless glasses, Long lashes that almost never wear mascara, full lips that curve up at the corners that almost always wear a sparkly pink lip gloss, always has a strange pattern with nail polish on nails, tons of scribbles on hands or paint but they are always grafitied, wears jeans everyday with colorful tops which sometimes have graphics.

Bio:Her grand father was a direct descendant of the fourteenth child but once he learned the ways he moved from LA. Now shes moving back after learning her history, she wants to make things right between her family and others but doesn't know how.

(It's ok. Basically, just think of old time witchcraft (not Sabrina the t.w., but things that people would get persecuted for in the witch trials.) Things like controling people, seances, having familiars, casting spells with cauldrons/books but darker, sacrificing things, etc. They were very dark mainly, but their intentions swung either way. You're good now. )

She wears a lot of checked shirts and skinny jeans. Wears beanies all the time with headphones. Has a tribal tattoo on the side of her hand, stretching up to near her elbow. A weird birthmark is on the back of her neck, almost like a brand.
A voodoo person?: Can tell by touching someone when they're going to die. Also can sense people's desires and wants.
Bio: She's the youngest of her close-family, her grandmother being the last Laveragne not to get killed, she would the heir to the fortune. She split from her family on the word of 'voodoo' thinking it was a load of rubbish, so she now stays with a friend in a nearby flat, but that's all going to change once the death-news comes [insert evil laugh]

Io and Echo
Age: 19
Appearence: Io has very curly dark brown hair down to her hips, large almond shaped copper colored eyes, tanned freckled skin, is relatively tall and skinny, akward, has braces.
Echo looks exactly the same but her hair is ash blonde, ver skin is pale enough to see the veins, her eyes are light blue, and she is actually very elegant.
Family: None
Group: Prometheus
Voodoo people: No, but are Prometheus' main hypnotizers.
Bio: Their parents are extreme followers of Prometheus and so the two grew up around the group all their lives. Are great at working with hypnosise and slipping drugs into things.

Name: Sasha and Louis
Age: 17 and 20
Appearence: Sasha has beige skin, hazel eyes with very long eyelashes, has black hair that she shaved like a boy's abd several tribal tattoos on arms. Dresses very girly and cute despite these things, is relatively curly and medium height, has a tongue piercing.
Louis has curly brown hair that falls into his eyes, also has beige skin, has large grey eyes, tall with slight muscles, also has some tribal tattoos and three piercings in one ear while the other has one. Other wise dresses normally, always has his headphones around his neck.

Voodoo: She follows in her ancestors spirits and has learned the ways. He has a cat familiar can control people with dolls and puppets.
Bio: They grew up with Adelaide and their personalities show that.
