June: I opened my eyes slowly but didn't move, after a quick scan of my surroundings I stood up. Nothing got in, what a relief. I checked all the candles and put out the ones still burning and put the useless one in a large garbage bag, when I had time I'd take a few out and melt them together with strips of cloth in the center to create new ones. I got my guns ready and moved the pew from the door. With my radio in hand I turned it on.
"This is June, anyone anyone? The doors are open, ready to cover your ass if needed. Anyone anyone." I paused waiting for a response. I looked out the door carefully watching the last of the beasts dissapear into shadows or just dissapear. It was exactly dawn, the changing time.
