Selt : I fall behing quickly. Everyone in the circuss creeps me out a bit but i try not to show, till they bring in the snakes and i start screaming.


Camilla : I hear selt shriek, i want to run over to help her but if i do i might mess up this world too. I let myself fall onto an empty stray trunk near a tent. I cry into my palms, wishing i could do more.

(well i'll just have Danielle go on her own little adventure with her ghost friend :S)

Danielle: I just let Peter go off on his own, trusting him just enough to know he won't get us into so much trouble we'll be arrested, if he even does anything fun. As I walk past a funhouse, I swear I hear a voice in my ear. I freeze and back up a few steps and I hear a faint chuckle. I look up. All that's there is a wall of a mirror. I squint, not sure what I'm looking for. There's people passing by behind me and the other stands - cottoncandy, popcorn, and...My eyes widen.
"Grant? Christian?" I ask out loud. THey stand on either side of me in the mirror, but when I actually look over my shoulders, no one stands there. I step up closer to the mirror and they follow, their laughter louder now.
"What's up?"
"Cool trick, am I right?" Grant crows. I'm surprise no one can hear them.
"But you guys...I thought you could only come out at night," I muse. Grant leans an elbow on my shoulder and leans against me for support. I don't feel a thing. Just a little cool breeze.
"Well, this is something we just figured out today."
"It's so cool," Chris grins. "It's been a while since I've seen my gorgeous face." he sighs, totally engrossed in his reflection. Grant rolls his eyes. See, Grant and Chris are twins - fraternal - and they're ghosts. I used to get teased for hanging out with them, but it's gotten better. A little.

Michael: I stayed quiet.At this point I had set up a routine of melding into the group of relatives and usually went unnoticed. To be honest this whole thing felt wrong to me, like something bad was gonna happen.
Once we reached the carnival. I allowed myself to break away from them entirely and started to wander alone. I had a large dinner and I wasn't quiet ready to ride any rides.
I wandered around to the point where I no longer knew where I was, blissfully alone in my own thoughts, but then I heard something.
It sound like distant, almost muffled sobs coming from nearby. Cautious, I made my way toward the noise.
The trail led me to a tent, completely dark and abandoned, but there was no sign of the source.
"Hello...?"

Camilla : I shoot up, my hands hurrying to wipe the tears away from my face.
"I'm sorry my lord, is there something you need?" I ask, bowing my head as i was told to do m any years ago in the present of my masters grandchildren. Something i was taught in the 56 worlds before this one.

Selt : I blink, seeing one of the girls from earlier talking to herself in the mirrors. "Um..." Maybe i wasnt the one who needed medication.

Camilla : I shoot up, my hands hurrying to wipe the tears away from my face.
"I'm sorry my lord, is there something you need?" I ask, bowing my head as i was told to do m any years ago in the present of my masters grandchildren. Something i was taught in the 56 worlds before this one.

Mike: "No, I was just trying to find something..." I noticed her eyes were red. Had she been the one crying?
"Are you ok...?"

Camilla : I blush and look down. "I'm fine sir.." Anyway, if i told you why i was upset youd never believe me..I think, again the tears starting to come back. I had to save them no matter if it coated my life..i just didnt know how now..

Danielle: I blink, then I rub my eyes. I even try squinting at the mirror. "How'd you figure that out."
The twins exchange a look and shrug. "It's mostly you."
"Yeah, you're such a freak, Danny. Seeing us in a mirror." Chris nudges me with an elbow and I automatically dodge it. I feel stupid afterward, obviously no one else sees them.
"Seriously though," Grant starts up again.
"It's like the opposite affect of vamps. You can only see us in the day time if it's in the mirror and only certain people can."
"Like you," Grant finishes, smiling at me. I let out a deep breath. This is so weird.
"LIke I'm half ghost," I murmur. They both frown.
"Dont' think like that," Chris mumbles. I shake my head, feeling totally confused.

Selt : She completely ignores me. I walk away.

Mike: Again with this sir stuff...I could tell by the look in her eyes there was more to it but she didin't want to tell me...I would've left her alone after that...but then I saw more tears coming. At that point, I couldn't have just left her like that.
I lifted her head up and gently brushed away the tears. Then I looked her straight in the eye.
"Please tell me what's wrong."

Danielle: I notice people start to notice me talking to myself. I even spot Selty. I turn around, my face warming over.
"Oh don't be embarrassed of us, Danielle," Grant sighs dramatically as Chris snickers.
"Selty," I wave to her, speaking a little shakily. "Hi," I greet her as she turns at her name.
"I think that's our cue to...disappear again..." Chris mutters. I want to poke him to get him to quiet down, but I can't.

Camilla: Safety...thats the word that comes to mind and then i think this may be my last chance. No one , not even me whose played this game so many times, knows when we're going to be killed.
"Everyone here is going to be killed by Scarlet," I whisper with tears in my eyes. "And its not the first time its happened."

Selt : "Ah...hi," I say, wanting to be anywhere but facing her. I mean..she talked to herself..and i guess not wanting to talk to her made me a bad person but like i said i wasnt good with people in the first place.

Danielle: I press my lips together as Grant and Chris keep talking.
"Nice going, Schizo.."
"Don't be mean Chris!.." the bicker.
"So this is fun, isn't it?" I try to not to talk too loud, but it's hard not to since I'm talking over the other two. No one can hear them, I chastise myself. "Sorry, it's sort of an off day for me today." I wave away Chris as he starts to ask me something.
"Jeez...way to be subtle."
I give up and cover my face with my hands. Dear lord, I think with exasperation.

Mike: I...honestly didn't know what to say. It sounded ridiculous but she looked so sincere, and why would she lie about that...? But Scarlet? The little girl?
I didn't understand anything...and she probably knew that...I could tell, from the look on her face, that she wasn't lying...and whats more, she knew 'everyone here'...included me.
At this point I realize I'd been staring at her while I was busy contemplating all of this...but only right then did I notice her anguish. Answers would have to wait.
I...didn't know how to comfort someone going through something like this...so I did the only thing I could think of.
I...-Eh-hem-...I gave her a hug.

Danielle: I have to grin when that stops Chris midsentence. I look over my shoulder and at the mirror. I wish I could see his face right now.
"Yeah, you are," Grant mutters. I can't believe we're brothers..." he shakes his head as Chris stares open mouthed at Selty. I turn back to her.
"So you can hear them too?" i ask her.

Camilla : I blink, a bit confused. Hugging...well...um...i step back and bow my head. "I'm sorry...Furniture is unable to hug their Owners," I say apologetically. It was what Master Albert told us every day...i remember when dorian was younger, in this life Dorian wanted nothing but to be loved..even by the master...there were countless times that Master Albert beat the boy bloody when he gave him a hug. Beating a child because he wanted to show you love..that was disgusting. another reason i had to save them. I look at the young man. 'You dont beleive anything im tell you do you..." He doesnt have to answer. " I can prove to you im telling the truth."

Danielle: I stare after her. "Okay...bye..." I wave sadly. I guess it really is just me. I shiver as a cold breeze wraps around me.
"Aw, we still love you Danny-freak," Chris says with mock caring in his voice. Grant doesn't say anything though. Great. Just great...

Mike: And again with the furniture. Whoever the hell this guy was, my "Grandfather" or something like that, was a sick monster.
If I do get my hands on this fortune, if I do get my way, that's gonna change.
She wants to prove something to me, I nod.

Camilla : I nod and grab the boys hand, leading him to the middle of the busy carnival street. "Selty is going to run by us and fall into a puddle of mud while a clown laughs at her."
