I draw back my hand and scratch my head as though that were my intention all along. "Damn," I sigh. "I didn't think she'd go for a little kid...Evan must be a wreck. And speaking of letters, I have to talk to you about the witch later." What Scarlet told me could help us find the treasure and get out of here.

Selt : I frown and turn back to her, "Yeah..he is. And what about it?" I ask, curious and with open ears.

"I was trying to talk to Scarlet today, hoped that maybe if we get to understand the witch, it'll give us clues as to where the treasure is or why she's doing this." I look up at him. "Apparently, you're her favorite."

Selt : That sent a shiver down my spine. "To torture?" I ask.

I shrug. "I don't know. She just said that she loved you the most, but that you aggravated her sometimes. But apparently, she loves us all enough to take us to hell when this is over." I shudder some, thinking about Dad.

Selt : I sigh. "Thats great, but i have no intention of dying and if i can help it you or anyone else is going to either." I step around a potted plant, ready to get upstairs or tell Eugina about what i found with Granddad but something red catches my eye on the table in the middle of us. My eyes widen a bit. "Eugina...was that letter there when we first got here..?"

plot is, you are the child of one of the 9 children of Albert that lived the fire. Scarlet was a witch who gave Albert money in exchange for billions of dollars. But now Albert is old and is going to die and he wont give her his soul so the Witch wants to take revenge on him for that. Now shes killing everyone until they either give him Albert, Find her treasure or give her back that money. If they can't do it before the clock strikes midnight she kills people from the family.

Selt : I take out the dagger thing from my back pocket and stand a little in front of Eugenia in a half defensive position. I reach out to grab the letter, its cold but..somehow it feels alive. It makes me sick but i push it away enough to read the first three words scripted on the front.

all i wanted to say this time -at lest for now- is that i no longer hold your father...i mean your grandfather as payment. Hes off the list. Now you either find the treasure or get me the money or tonight i will kill ten people...a ten that does not include the two who love each other.
