Selt : I whip my mouth with the back of my sleeve, thinking how much this was starting to seem like a sick horror movie. "A horror movie, but not a fantasy one.." I say to myself. I pull the white sheet over the chefs body, with it under it too...then i head back to the house to make sure Scar-
"She doesn't know about that."
I gasp, whirling around so quickly i almost hit my own little sister in the face in my panic.
"Scarlet?"
"I know she doesn't know about it....She couldn't have.. But please don't tell her..if you tell her...if you tell her..she wont give me my gift anymore.."
"Scarlet what are you doing here?" Im up and pushing her away, she doesnt say anything more. Just that she wants pancakes for breakfast. I don't want to think about any more murder so i just go back to the kitchen with her.

Selt : No one seems to care if were here. im glad. I go straight to work on making Scarlet's pancakes. She pulls up a chair and smile at me. "Micky mouse please," She says.
I nod. Even if she doesnt seem like she sacred she must be so making micky mouse pancakes is the best as i can do to calm her. "okay," I say, mixing in some eggs and buttermilk into the dry ingredients.

I nod and take another can of caviar from the pantry. I crack it open and hop onto one of the counters. Being stuck here is making me a little manic, but I'd rather not run outside. If I run into dad on the way, I'm screwed.

Selt : I serve Scarlet her pancake. "We're middle class now. All our money went to Selty's cancer treatments," She says then take her fork, a smirk on her lip as she stabs a strawberry to pieces.

I cross my legs abd close my eyes. "My dad's the super for this broke down apartment building. After mom died, he had full permission to blow his money on his gun stash. Wish he'd have contributed to the Selt Cancer fund too instead."

Ilia nodded in agreement; any cause, even that one for the girl's dad, seemed like a better cause than the one her fortune went to.
"Anyway, I'm just glad that I'm here, y'know? Despite the fact that this will probably kill me, I'm actually happier than I have been in a very long time..."

Selt : "Witches don't exist," I sigh, sitting next to my sister and completely ignoring what Eugina said. That was a lie, she didnt know me so she didnt wish she could help me then.

"I never mentioned witches," she winked, "I was talking to lighten the mood on such a dark topic, y'know?" it didn't work though.
With a sigh, the girl fiddled with the key around her neck, trying to remember something that was said last night. They needed to kill that man, it was either that or have the rest of us killed in the middle of the night. Or we try and find some gold...
"What's the key for anyway?" she touched it lightly, her little accessory now though.

Scarlet : I smile and look at the girl. "Its a key to hell or thats what the witch said. oh!" i dig into my panda purse and pull out another red letter.
"She gave me this when you were looking at the dead idiots, Selt," i say to him, still smiling. I look back at the letter. "She said to read it to you guys but not to the adults."

I can't help but look at the girl. She was happy here of all places? The fact that she wasn't as rich and proper as I had thought in the first place made me furrow my eyebrows. Why act like a stuck up rich person if she wasn't one? But I decide thatit probably isn't any of my business what she does and doesn't do and turn to look at Scarlet, offering her a smile. "Thank you for the pendant yesterday."

Scarlet : I nod before i continue my talk of the letter. "Your welcome. I want you to keep it again so you dont die tonight," i say honestly although she will die soon. everyone will. the witch is never wrong.

I feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. "W-what kind of people are she targeting this time?" I ask. I'd had nothing to do with her. But in the back of my mind, I knew that ignorance would still qualify me for death.

Selt : I stare at Scarlet silently. If i believed in this witch..id say shes possessed my sister..but i dont.

Scarlet : "Okay!" I grin and slit the thing open,cutting my finger tip in the process. It stung but i left it alone, the witch said the smell of blood was the best perfume.

"Dear children,
Did you know that Halloween is coming up? When your parents were little id bring them gifts..although...they never liked them much. This year i plan to do the same to you, id hate to think youd all miss the chance at celebrating such a heartwarming holiday. Expect your treat with a trick though....
