Liam landed with a little hop at the bottom of the stairs. "Thanks." He said.

"For what?" she smirked before grabbing a tray whilst a huge platter of lasagne stood there.
"Vegetable lasagne? We've been run out of burgers from Will," the person stood behind the counter laughed; he seemed alright.
"That's fine thanks," she nodded before getting some and taking a seat in the corner of the room; force of habit.

Liam took some lasagna, and walked to where she sat. "For being nice to me."

"I wasn't being nice, if I was being nice then I would be cooing over you, stroking your hair saying that you looked like an angel and generally lying," she shrugged, "I was just being truthful. Simple as that."
Scooping in the food, she looked around the place; dull wasn't a strong enough word. For a music school it looked rather like a prison cell.
"Do you get a weird feeling that they're...watching you?"

"Well when you never get either they tend to combine." He played with the food on his plate, it didn't look appetizing. "And yes. It feels very odd all the time."

MEANWHILE UNDERGROUND

"Well, we have a few keepers..." a bearded man puffed on a cigar, his booted feet on top of the poker table as a Helper dished out the cards.
"Any windies? Just that they're aren't many anymore," the deep voice boomed across, almost sending the chips over the edge, "Or violinists."
"No wind, a few violins, there's a few people that I'm rather excited about though," a strict feminine voice slashed through the air, bright red claws clutching cards.
the room was dark, but then again was the whole area; underground was completely shadowed most of the time, just the little electricity that could be fed down beneath the earth.
"Like? Come on Will, you know that I have little patience..." a strickened hiss ricocheted across the table, making a few jump.
"Two girls that are good vocalists and guitarists, one Irish bloke who can sing bloody low, another boy that is a good guitarist and violinist, though that's all I can remember off of the top of my head," he shrugged, leaning on the table, his face being shown on top the tables.
"When do you think they'll be ready?"
"Soon, maybe three days max."
"Okay Will, we'll let you get on with it."
"I could do with maybe a few more Helpers though, some of them are getting a little restless..."
"Of course, I'll send them up soon," he nodded, "All in."
"I'm out, I think chef made dodgy burgers, see ya later, with the new performers," with that, Will stood and left.

Sorry, I didn't do one between Tori I just realised. Sorry

"I didn't get that, sorry, I'm slow," she shrugged, moving the 'food' about on her plate before pushing it forward, "I think I'll just have a snoop in the mini fridge actually..."
She sighed, sipping at the bottle of water that was in fridge though it wasn't cold at all.

Seriously? You left me behind! I'm so lost. She's just going to be in an empty chorus room playing the piano and singing.

Rose pressed the keys of the grand piano humming her favorite song, Until The Day I Die by Story of the Year

So, to start we'll go ahead in the future a bit, all so that they're settled there etc. because all they're doing is eating and so not very important...

"So, these kids are already ready?"
"Yep, and I think we better do it soon, before they learn anything more."
"Agreed. Hmm...these all seem to be a rather good bunch. A nice mix of talent."
"Agreed."
"We've established that."
"Fine, just load the train up before noon and then get them lower."
A few clangs writhed through the halls, the noise ringing in the back. A laugh, thick and evil came from one as it was soon joined by a chorus of others.

"Crap."
Tori sat up in her bed, her fringe sticking up horizontal, a hair brush in her grip. Her fingers remained slightly scarred though nothing as bad as they were.
The sun shone slightly into the room as the sound of footsteps echoed down the halls; she was late.
"and I still can't find my bloody bag!"

Liam was carrying his guitar case on his back and duffel in his hand, being late was something he preferred not to do. He looked at his left hand, and sighed, it would never be the same.

"He could at least told me to get up but no! He's already go- Ow!"
She held my hand to her chest, it still pretty darn sore. Her bag laid next to her, ready for the trip that only the Gifted and Talented went on. She guessed that she was siked for it... She guessed.
Running out of the room, Tori made sure that her guitar was on her back; she didn't want to lose that, and also that her violin was in the bag. It was a bit smooshed in, but still it was in there.
The group were asked to meet at the main stage, the place where they first auditioned, at noon, but you had to take your things there. Tori, still legging it, managed to get to the stage on time, a few faces looking to hers, crimson with the race.
"Tori Buck! Your things?"
She nodded simply, walking forward. Will was there in his usual black get-up along with Yuli, smoking her hind legs off.

Liam slipped in still wondering how in hell he got to be called "gifted and talented." He walked up to the front of the auditorium, remembering playing that version of Home he wondered what would have happened if he chose a different song.

Will leant on the desk that sat just infront of the stage, a mug of coffee clasped in his grip. Everyone knew that he had a hangover; it was obvious with the amount of dry mugs, the shade of his glasses and the general mood of him.
"Kids! The Gifted and Talented is heading to, as you know, The Benedict Halls! The biggest stage left in the world! You'll be travelling by train at noon so you'll be having an early lunch so on. Anyway, if you miss this train then it's you neck on the line, plus your stuff including instruments will stay on the carriages and won't be retrieved, okay?"
A couple of mutters came from the small group, twenty maximum all with an array of backgrounds. Tori stood at the side, putting her bags in the pile that stood there. She was excited about this sure, but wasn't this all a little...sudden?
"Where's the train?" one student shouted.
"It's on the tracks."
Will gained a chorus of laughter as he took another sip of the steaming drink. He was obviously not going to give anything more about this.
The large clock set in the back of the hall displayed the time: 10:34, another hour or two to go until the train was going to leave.

Liam put his bags down and looked at them all, why were they laughing. He wondered if they would kill him if he didn't make the train. He wondered if that would be something he would look forward to. If it meant he wasn't forced to play anymore.
