Na: I tugged on my overall straps and glanced at Mr. Shue. He stood up, smiling. "Great performance, Na," he said. "Rehearsal is at 330 on Thursday."
"Nii!!" I jumped up and down excitedly. "Thank you thank you thank you!" I smiled.

Okay so she finally plucked up the courage to go for it. Opening the unfortunately loud double doors, Scarlett poked her head around to see if anyone was about though it was pretty damn full.
"Umm... Hello?" her small voice barely made it through the room.
People stared nevertheless, a few people 'aww'ed upon seeing her; she'd been told that she looked rather innocent at times.
"Am I late for the auditions?" she stepped through, dodginb the wrath of a frozen blue drink. Just.
"I'll get 'em back later..." she murmured and walked through, pretty much instantly looking away before she slipped on stage, not really waiting for an answer. She wasn't impatient, it was just that if she didn't do it now she might through up from nerves and so.
"I'll be singing What If by Simple Plan and Where We Belong by Lost Prophets."
With a nod, she sighed, someone started the backing behind her, hey, someone was actually listening? All the better.
Upon hearing the start of the music, Scarlett's mood and confidence liftened; people always said that she born to be on stage with her little spunk of a swagger.
The lyrics slipped off her tongue naturally as she stood by the mic, her doe-like eyes fluttering down the stand as some people decided to watch, half probably not even knowing the song, either way I saw one guy raise a brow at my innocent little appearence.
As the music kicked up, so did the girl, grabbing the mic and slipping across the floor, her real self coming through as her head jerked to the music, her skeletal hands gripping the mic with a smirk.
Her movements were edgy and contempery despite the rock with little bit of ballad of a song, not that anyone seemed to complain about it at all.
Whilst repeating her 'what if'-ing, her swagger burst into flames, her cutesy exterior seeming to take over her rough inside; most seemed surprised that something like that came so naturally to her.
The song rolled off, Scarlett stood in the middle, ending where she started, her hands gently sliding the side of the stand as she sang softly.
That was probably the best thing that she ever felt, the rush of the moment grew within her petite frame. She'd done a few clubs like choir but never really got into being alone in stage though she was told that she completely owned it at times, she could thank her big brother for that anyway, getting her into the club and out of the back rooms with either her guitar or orcarina.
Most people wouldn't guess that something so old could be played by her, they'd guess guitar, well anyone would on seeing the pale skinned girl. The orcarina tnough was just something that you learn on impulse, to be different, just what she was all about... Plus it made her cutesy image double...at least.

(her voice is quite modern and she has a certain swagger that makes her rather unique though she can do more ballads too)

Sapphire: I walked into the class and saw a few new people. Walking over to one of the girls I smiled and said. " Hey my names Sapphire." I told her shyly.

She just performed by the way, her audition...

"Hi. British? Windsor... I spent a while over there so I know which part they're from through their accent," she shrugged and sipped at her water bottle, her throat a little sore from the mild screaming.
"Hey, you're in," one of the boys behind Scarlett nodded, "I like your swagger."
"Thanks," she nodded and looked back to girl, "The name's Scarlett by the way, Scarlett Noire, two colours."

Sapphire: I smiled. " Nice guess and yes I'm from Windsor. Nice to meet you." I told her. " Nice singing." I comented.

"Egh," she shrugged, "I practised too much and it felt robotic: I usually just let it flow but I got nervous so I started to over-plan..." she admitted before looking at her, "Yeah, Windsor's cool."

With a shrug, she slipped back on stage.
"Okay, I'm changing for my second song," Where We Belong was off of the list.
Looking around the room, no one seemed to care/notice so she went ahead with it all. Putting her fingers up to indicate track number eight, the backing for 'Matters At All' came blasting on the sound system.
This was probably Kids in Glass Houses best song, also the most memorable for sure.
Slipping her hand down the stand, she began her singing, completely relaxing into it, her dark eyes looking to all that watched, that included the teacher whose name she had forgotten completely.
By the time she got to the chorus, her heart was being poured onto the floor, every note in perfect pitch, her original tone making it evermore beautiful...well, that was something that her aunt would have said anyway, the only reason why she was doing this, her brother only supported her.

The lyrics slipped off the end of her tongue; the tale of lost love and new fancies, something that surely everyone had suffered before.
As the song died down, she was sitting on the edge of the stage, her head down; the way she ended most songs now. Though as she stood up, she searched in the room for that girl that she talked to earlier.
"Hey," Scarlet called, herself now standing infront of the girl, "What's happening with you? You look like you're about to cry..."
She took the seat next to her and sighed, pulling out her phone; her brother asking how it went.
"Stupid Ayden..."

"What happened?" she put her phone away immediately, her eyes searching for any emotion.
Fiddling with her fingers, she sighed knowing that sometimes she could be over uncaring but it wasn't her fault.

Sapphire: " My friends found out I could be heir to a thrown and wanted to get me on the thrown even though it wouldn't do anything. Well they basicly went on a suiside mission. And its all my fault I didn't stop them." I told her looking at my hand still.

"So, you're royalty?" she seemed a little doubtful, "What are you on about?"
She was totally confused about this and asked, rambling on about how it couldn't be true that she was heir to the throne in England.

Sapphire: " my dads a Duke and my mom a Princess, I guess you can say. My mom is related to the Prince of Windsor, shes his cousin. Her mother was supposed to inhearit the throne but gave it to his family. But she didn't conferm it. So technichly my family is supposed to be the one on the throne and yea."I told her. After wondering why I told HER this.
