but i try to act like everything is normal because when i do hug him and stuff he starts to tear up and i dont want him to worry so much..i mean, im use to being sick and even the doctor said if it was colon cancer than it would be 90% more curable because we'd catch it early

Natalia: My eyebrows slowly rise. "Wow. This place is..." I shake my head. "It's bigger than home, isn't it?" I glance down at where Scraps is gazing up at the tall building too. I half smile and walk a few steps to come up beside Feli. "So, this is point one, eh?" I ask him lightly.

Feli : I nod, looking at the place it all started in....I shake away the bad memories and force a smile. "Point A. Thankfully the electricity is still working so i can get the kitchen working for you guys as soon as possible," I say as i open the door.

Oh my god. I hope you get better soon Gaby. Tell Dimi for me that you should be okay cause my mom had that last year and it was cured and has been cured ever since. So, I guess I'm going to pray for you cause that's what I do and hope that everything goes well.

Natalia: Ooh cooking! I pile through, holding it open for everyone else, making sure Scraps gets in too. "I could help you out in the kitchen, if you want," I continue our conversation after a moment, "I used to love to cook. Then--" I break off, starting up to cover up for it. "Then I got into mechanics and other stuff." I shrug it off, looking around the hall.

Feli : "If you want to help you can," I smile, starting for the end of the hall where i already knew the kitchen was. We split up there. some people follow me, others go rest in a room and the rest go looking for supply. Suddenly, being in such a familiar place again makes me think of Lovi.

Quentin: I branch off from the others, hoping to find some supplies for the night. Blankets and pillows shouldn't be too hard to find. I just have to go up stairs and find a couple patient rooms.

Natalia: I nod, taking note of Scraps following after Quentin. I shake my head. What a silly little puppy. I did create him though...so, silly me, I guess. I make a face. Huh.

I hope so too Gaby. Or maybe it's stress? But I don't know why you'd be stressed because you're cheery all the time.

Ali stayed behind, sitting in a chair and softly praying. She lost her faith long ago, when her older sister was killed in front of her.

Quentin: Once I get upstairs, I realize I'm being followed. I blink down at the little animal. He was pretty quiet. I half smile a little. I wasn't kidding when I said she was brilliant. Or, thought it. I shake my head, returning my attention back to the puppy-bot.
"So, do you take commands?" I ask it. It's metal head flicks to the side, a small squeaking noise echoing in the halls; it's ears perk up a bit. I kneel down in front of it. "Sit." I command sternly. It plops down with a quiet clang. I scratch it's head, feeling awkward to be stroking steel. I stand back up. "C'mon boy, you're gonna help me carry some things..." I toss over my shoulder to the puppy.

Feli : A blush falls over my cheek when i think of something. I hide my face from everyone else and hand Nat a apron. I put on my gloves and start peeling carrots and potatoes. i think we'd have to eat the fresher things first or theyd go to waste quicker so a nice chunky stew would do everyone well.
"So Nat, before this, what did you do?" I ask, keeping myself busy.

Ali closed her eyes, hands wrapping around the pendant, one toned and fair skinned leg crossing over the other. Tears slowly slid out of her eyes as she murmured the words in Italian, her voice soft.

Natalia: I blow out a breath, a few strands of hair flying up. "Nothing professional. Just worked in my little garage on random things." I shrug, then half smile as I dig through some cabinets for a big pot. "But I guess you could say I was a technician. I handled all that crap that goes into hooking up telephones or computers...red wires..yellow wires. A bunch of things. That's why I'm so good at programming."

Feli : I start plopping things into the pot and then put on another pair of gloves to work on the meat. It was lean beef probably used for the patients that refused to eat anything else. I really didnt care what i ate when i was-.....

Natalia: I grin at that, holding up a...not a spoon. I toss it back into the drawer and push it closed with my hip. "Eh, i'm not that smart. School was always hard for me. I can't tell you Pythagorean Theorem or any theorem for that matter. I just have common sense. And the power to adapt--Aha!" I whip out a spoon, twirling it around like a baton. "Found a spoon."

Ali whispered softly, "In Nomani Patri et fili, spiritus sancti." She made a symbol of a five pointed star then used her index finger to make a circle over her heart, kissed the pendant, and sighed softly.

Feli : I chuckle at her energy. "Well, youre still very smart. Smarter than me at lest, thats for sure. And you're really likable." Something i was not. I go to the cupboards and find myself some spices. With a near by table spoon i start to fill the bubbling pot.
