Powers: has wings, control the elements, and can since emotions
History: She grew up with her older brother in a gang to support her. Her brother, Thomas, was killed by the cops when he ran to try and save himself for her, so she wouldnt grow up alone. She made friends with a few street children, but most of them got in trouble and left. She was 10 when her brother was killed, her wings came when she was 12.
