When choosing a forum to create your CC/RP you should probably make three threads for your CC/RP.
1: Plot
It really helps, unless you're doing a random themed. This could also be were you first introduce your CC/RP to people.
2: Characters
If you place them in the same thread as your CC/RP they will get lost. Every time someone new joins the game you'll have to search them out. Why not just have them all in one place?
3. The actual CC/RP.
This is where the magic happens.
In each thread you can put links to all three places for easy navigation.
Remember, these are just suggestions, not have-to-dos.
