Rorke heard his name. It was a voice that sounded distant yet familiar at the same time. He pulled away from his celebrating team, and saw a girl on the field he walked over to her, "Um, yes."
Something about this girl he knew he should know. The name he remembered when he woke up popped in his head, Molly.

"Rorke?" she said again.
She pushed herself off the wall and took a step towards the approaching figure.

He suspected if he really was a member of the team fans would know him. But he had a feeling she wasn't a fan. He wrung his hands around his jersey. "Yeah?" he asked.

His face and name were so familiar, but she couldn't place where or why. She ran up to him and before he could speak she kissed him.

Rorke knew this feeling. He knew he had been kissed by her before. But from where he didn't know. He pulled away, "Uh, thanks."
He began to walk away but then turned back, "Say, this might sound crazy. But is your name Molly?"

She nodded, she knew she knew him from somewhere. She remembered the scar, she remembered his face.
She didn't remember the team of men shouting and laughing at their buddy.
"... I know where you got that scar. I was there." she said.

Rorke froze, he remembered getting it. He knew it was burned into him. But he remembered nothing else of the incident. His whole past up to this day had been a little fuzzy. "What's it for?" he asked, clearly wanting to know.

"Surviving.. Surviving a scary ordeal..I.." the words caught in her throat. She remembered being there and fighting .

For some reason Rorke just couldn't remember any of it. He looked at her awkwardly his team celebrating, he didn't remember accepting the offer, or how he even got their.

"...we..we were kidnapped.. And you..y..you died... And then we got here... But we.." she started to mumble, trying to fit the pieces together in her head.
"do you remember the joker?"

Rorke's eyes got big, when she said the joker. Something about that name was bad to him. He backed away slowly, "I uh, gotta go." he said before turning and running back to his team.

She backed herself into corner and proceeded to rock back and forth, whimpering all the while.

Rorke couldn't help but feel bad about leaving her. But he only knew her name. And everything she said seemed to put a negative feeling in his stomach.

Molly didn't want to be alone, something kept clawing at her mind that scared her. It was a strange mix of terror and sadness that stewed in her stomach. She looked at Rorke's figure as he walked away and whimpered.
"don't leave me.." she whispered.

Rorke went back to his normal silent self. It was a side he missed, watching and observing. It's what he did.

She watched the teams leave the field and walk past her into the locker rooms and people began to file out of the stadium, smiles on their faces.

Rorke couldn't help but think of Molly. But at the same time she said something to him, it gave him a guilty pang in his stomach, and he felt like something really bad happened in his past. Not to mention she knew about the Joker a name that he knew was bad.

Molly pushed herself into the locker room, searching for Rorke. She had to find him, she didn't know why, but she did.
"Rorke?" she called, ignoring the whistles and shouts from e half naked guys.
This whole thing just didn't feel real.

Rorke was celebrating, but only halfheartedly. He just didn't know what to think of the whole thing. It couldn't have been real, he knew he failed at something.

She wandered through the rows of lockers until she saw his familiar scar across his chest. She ran to him and hugged him, pressing her face against his chest.
"You know as well as I that this doesn't seem real." she said firmly.

Rorke's heart be quickly when she hugged him. He pushed her off, "I'm sorry, but..." he didn't get to finish because someone's flailing arm hit him in the head. He was knocked out.

When he woke up a bandage was around his middle, and he was in a medieval castle. He cursed to himself.

Molly opened her eyes and thrashed around. She was tied down and her worst burns were covered in bandages, her whole body hurt.
"LET ME GO!" she screamed.

Rorke tried to sit up but he was tied down. Every time he moved his body hurt, he was scratched up pretty badly, he knew that.

Rorke couldn't speak he was gagged. He half preferred it that way. But not moving was killing him.

"We're restraining you for your own good miss..." said a timid man.
Molly struggled as much as she could, she had to get free. She went to bite one before he could plunge a needle into her arm but the restraints held her back.
