Stephen: "Clyde, get the door!" I call as knocking begins to erupt throughout the house with all the stregth of an earthquake. At least that's what it feels like- I really should've turned down that last joint the other day. Popping a handful of asprin in my mouth like tic-tacs, I plop down on the couch and sigh. I swear, if it's one of the government's interns again coming to do a "check up"....

Tj: I lean against the door frame, waiting for someone to get the door. Jesus, I hate it when Phantom always sends me to these government ridden freak-shops. I sigh, blinking a little when someone opens the door. "Hey, Package for..." I look down at the address. "Browning? It's a special one," I wink at the guy.

I just give her the litre bottle, not even bothering to look for a glass. I shrug at her questions. "How much do waffle makers fetch these days? I keep forgetting I already have one when they get built..." That was the good thing about my self employment. Government technology was so expensive, and that usually put up the price for items. I occasionally bought ones cheaply from auctions, just so I could scrap them and use the parts.

Clyde the butler: "Right this way, please." I close the door behind me and watch the girl wiggle uncomfortably in her revealing outfit. Maybe this job is finally paying off.

Stephen: I look the girl over before turning back to my sketchpad, full of drawn out models for designs. "Just because you're late doesn't mean you can try to butter up to me another way," I say simply, already getting focused again on my designs. "You're still late, and late means half pay."

Tj: i roll my eyes. "Don't worry 'bout me trying to 'convince you otherwise'." I shift the packages around in my arms, peeking around one of them to look at him. "Funny how you and the Doc both are Govies but you both Inventors." i shake my head. "Where can i put these? See? I'll carry them for you since I'm 5 minutes late," i smile cheekily at him.

Stephen: "I go where opportunity calls." I get off the couch and pick up the hand written recipt from the top box. I skim it over quickly before frowning. "What? No dust this time?" I ask. But suddenly I hear a maid screaming downstairs. My head ache grows from a pounding thud to a world wide explosion as I drop the paper and mutter ", What the hell, Ivory?"

(I tried to post that half an hour ago at least, before the other charries first post. The damn site keeps coming up with server errors, and after 11 attempts, it finally gives in, which has sufficiently pissed me off, seeing as my phone takes 5 minutes to load a page. What am i supposed to put now though? )

Lara blinked awake, the sun pooring through the hospital windows. How long had she slept? It seemed late in the day. She was surprised to find that she felt a whole lot better. Sittig up in the bed she ordered lunch- a sub sandwich from the cafe.
