I leaned down and kissed him gently and as I pulled away, I saw him smiling and looking at the sky. I looked up and my breath got caught in my throat at how beautiful the night sky looked.

I giggled, tears falling because of how happy I was. "Thank you, for everything." I smiled sadly, knowing that around this time, me and Shawn would be morphing into what we really were.

I kissed him with so much passion, I thought I would explode but I pulled away sadly. My eyes were filled with wanting and sadness. "I'm sorry." I say to him and stand, walking back.

I let out a cry of pain and fell to my knees. I panted in pain then a scream that was a mix of human and wolf left me, my spine jutting out. Shawn dropped next to me, saying words of reassurance. "It's coming faster this time." He said and I nodded, panting. "You'll fully change this time. I know it," He whispered, rubbing in between my shoulders. I let out a howl of anguish as I continued to go through the painful Change. Shawn said we were born this way and it takes a while for our bodies to get used to it, to learn that it was natural, but after what Bioware did to us, I wasn't so sure anymore.
