Stealing Couldn't be Funner

Okay. I'm bored. So I decided to make this chat based on the idea for a story I've had for awhile.
These are some of the first characters I ever created. They are my children. But really. I love them. Now I'm coming off as weird.
Lets get started.

Corinth is the capital (btws i don't have spellcheck on my comp so these words might look bizarre) of the land of Regenus. Corinth, like most thriving sea port cities, is filled with both law abiding and not so law abiding people.
Two such not law abiding men rose up in the ranks and created two seperate factions, akin to the Mafia in our world. These men rose in power and wealth and established a hold over the Low End (aka the slums). The guards tasked with keeping the law in this particular part of the city were losing funding and couldn't keep crime under control.
The head of the force, one Leon, made a pact with the two men, who at this point should probably have names; Tanner and Jacko (Jack O'Donald, but everyone calls him Jacko). The pact stated this: thieves under the rule of Tanner and/or Jacko could get away with thievery under these circumstances a) They could only be caught in the act of stealing. Once they reached their leaders base (an inn in Jacko's case and a large house in Tanner's) they were safe. b) Tanner and Jacko had to pay thirty five percent of their profits to the guards of Low End.
Only thievery is tolerated, but it's enough for Tanner and Jacko. They just like having money and lots of it.
The monarch does not know of this arrangement. Not many outside the Low End know about it.

This character chat will be about the lives of those in the Low End. Basically, it's about stealing and people's relationships.

I have four main characters: Leon, Tanner, Jacko, and Lorenna whose profs I'll post in a mo.
You can make who ever the frak you want. I really don't care. They can be part of Tanner's faction or Jacko's faction.
In a few words: Tanner is a cold man, slightly sadistic. He enjoys wealth and women. He runs a tight ship. He tends towards the darker crimes. He has committed murder. Most of his crew has also.
Jacko is kinder. He jokes a lot, is very sarcastic, and very self centered. He likes women. He just wants his crew and their families to be fed.
Now you have an idea of whose side to be on. Jacko's inn (the Trade Post) is down by the docks. A lot of Tanner's folks go down there. Jacko and Tanner hate each other. Like really hate each other.
You'll learn about Lorenna in a sec.

Lorenna
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Physical: Long, wavy, tawny colored hair. She has light brown skin and brown eyes (she is from the Smoke Isles, a collection of islands located off the coast of Regenus. The people of Regenus, mainly white in shade, took over the islands and are farming the spices there).
Attitude (i forgets what this sections called...): Lorenna is sarcastic. She rolls her eyes a lot. She's a little naive and acts childishly around Jacko.
Bio: Lorenna came to Corinth from the Isles when she was three. Her mother brought her, but died three years after they got settled on Regenus. Lorenna had to find a way to fend for herself. Tanner found her and inducted her into his crew (which was smaller, less organized, and didn't have the support of the law behind it). He looked after her for seven years until she met Jacko.
She changed sides. She is now Jacko's number one thief, bringing in almost seventy five percent of his profit.
She is arguably the best thief in the business.

Jack O'Donald
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Physical: Jacko is tall with thick (lush ) brown hair. His skin is not naturally tan, but before he came a self titled Thief Lord he worked on a ship. He has bright blue eyes.
Attitude: Jacko is self centered, but he cares for the people connected to his faction. He has a sister named Jana who he loves more than life and a mother named Anna who is always trying to set up him up with a respectable lady. Jacko is caring, smart, funny, but easily annoyed. He has a very soft spot for Lorenna.
Bio: Jacko grew up at sea on a Regenus navy ship. When the ship was attacked by pirates, he was captured and forced to become one. After ten years as a pirate, he returned home at the age of seventeen. He met Lorenna at the shop she was working at at the time. They started hanging out. Tanner wasn't happy, but Lorenna chose to stay with Jacko.
Tanner and Jacko...don't see eye to eye. On anything.

Name: Keith O'Harkin
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Description (include how they dress): Shaggy dirty blonde hair (think surfer length). A slight tan, and clean shaved. Misty blue eyes. Tall around 6'5, slight tan, not to muscular but its their. Wears off white shirts, tan pants, black work boots, and brown vests. He has an accent (its irish... but i don't know how to put that for this so yeah)

Personality: Very fun loving, loves a good prank. Has an evil side, lies about what he does. He loves a good drink.

Age: 23
Gender: Male
Physical: Tanner is thin, tall with shocking blond hair and piercing green eyes. He's handsome in a slightly sallow way.
Attitude: Tanner is cold, described as heartless by some. He hates flowers (he's allergic). He is slightly sadistic in many regards. He is manipulative. He is the reason why there should be a word for man whore.
Bio: Tanner grew up in Corinth. He joined a gang and fought his way to the top. He killed some of his opponenets and turned others on each other. He found Lorenna and taught her how to steal. He saved her life. She knows it and he knows it. But instead of staying with him, she went with Jacko. Tanner hates Jacko for taking Lorenna. He has slightly mixed feelings towards Lorenna.

i'm glad he's in Jacko's faction. Lorenna will get annoyed with him. She likes being number one.

Looks: Brown hair golden eyes. Tall and lean strong build. Great eyes, and a charming smile

Personality: Laid back and humorous. Fairly quiet but happy. Very charming and a smooth talker. People usually get along with him although sometimes its because of his manipulation skills. Not very committed to anything or anyone.
Bio: Grew up in the slums and ran away from his abusive father at the age of ten. Fends for himself and is more of a thief for hire, has a side job in a bakery. Learned to not exactly 'steal' from others but charmed men and women alike into giving him what he needed.

I couldn't find a good picture of the inside, so I will attempt to describe it.
The main room is large with round tables scattered throughout. Directly across from the main doors is the counter. There is a door on the leftside (if you are facing the counter) beneath the stairs that leads to a library and a kitchen. The stairs lead up to the rooms. Above the counter on the second floor is a balcony. On the rightside of the counter, in the back corner is a dias. The head table sits here. The VIPs of Jacko's crew sit here. There is a low railing surrounding it and two stairs lead up to it. There is a door behind the table that leads directly into the kitchen.
I hope that makes sense. The inn rooms are your standard rooms. Jacko and Lorenna share a room at the end of the hall on the second floor. The hall leads to a large set of doors that open into a sitting area. Lorenna's room is on the left and Jacko's the right. The sitting area is the place that the crew meets to chat about their schemes.
