Gray : i shrugged. No, she wasn't very emotional. "Xero, keep your gun ready" I said, moving to her other side and holding a dagger in my pocket. She nodded and succeeded in opening the gate.

Nell: The real danger wasn't on that side of the gate. I looked at Gray. He was like a lit stick of dynamite; one drop of his or Xero's blood and he would blow and kill everyone around him. I slid my rod from its sheaths. Did the Night Class know about him?
I stayed in my crouch and waited for the vamps to come.

Anala: [shall i have her be w. the other vamps walking towards the gates?]
I take my time moving through the mass my classmates make. I'm almost through the gates when someone's hand lands firmly on my shoulder. I look over at who it is. Just figures. Chance.
"Chance."
"Anala," he smiles.
"What is it?"
"I was just looking for--"
"Sash? She'd rather not be seen by you right now." I pull my shoulder from underneath his touch. Like i needed him following me everywhere. He's been trying to split Sash and I up since we started coming here. It's like one of his sick games.

Xero : I waited along side Gray while i watched the night-class walk.
"I didn't scare you earlier did i?" Gray asked me in a low voice.
I looked up at him a bit surprised. "No. You know i only worry. Gray.." I moved closer, i grabbed hold of his shoulders and hugged him. "If you need more blood..you know that you just have to ask? Don't be a punk" I said, punching his arm playfully. He shook his head. "Don't offer me things like that in front of them, Xero" was all he said.

Nell: I glanced up at the pair. I had caught only a few words of their whispered conversation, but vampires had better hearing than I did. I had caught "need" and "blood". She was a silly girl to speak of such things here.

Gray : "On a not so bad note" I smiled, tousling her hair. "You're birthday is in a week"
Xero scowled at me,"shhh"
"Oh? You don't want people to know" I laughed once.

Nell: I blinked and looked up. "Xero, you're birthday is coming up? Why didn't you tell me?" My voice could have been classified as 'slightly curious'. I didn't like birthdays. They should be celebrated with family and I didn't have one. "I need to get you a present."

[lily "the author" hanna]

Anala: I raise a curious eyebrow at Xero as i pass her. Birthday. hmm..i'll have to get on that one later. "Chance," but for now i have to deal with the real problem. "You really need to leave--"
"But Anala." he steps closer to me, his eyes becoming soft.
"I mean it," I hiss in his face, my fangs protruding longer. he half smiles, leaning forward toward my neck. i feel it as his teeth graze my throat.
"I will. for now." his dark eyes flash at me before he moves away to melt into the crowd. i swallow hard, catching Sash's eye. She looks stunned. I try hurrying over to her, but she's gone. i know she's run off into the woods. she probably won't be back for a while. maybe a day or two. i let out a deep breath. somedays i just want to disappear.

Gray : i snorted a little, watching the sheer horror pass over Xero's face. "N-no hes was just joking! My birthday isn't coming up so no need to get a gift."
I slapped her upside the head playfully. "Don't be a liar. She's going to be 17 "
"Gray! Shh!"
"Ah, so my little hime's birthday is coming up again?"
I stiffend and turned to see Kuran Looking at Xero in a way that made me want to murder him...
"Alec!" she smiled, running over to bow her head at him a bit. "Yes, i made the day you saved me my birthday. That was the day i remember anything, so i just made it then"

Nell: I stood up and moved quietly to Gray's side. He looked like he would enjoy slowly tearing Alec to pieces. "What are you going to get her?" I asked in a casual tone. I stroked my rod as I looked at Alec and Xero.

Gray : I caught the little look Alec gave me. It served to say he was going to hold up his side of the deal if i did. I didn't look at Nell when i answered. "A song, i guess. I'll probably make her her favorite food."

[oh my gosh! i love how Mori just doesn't say anything whenever, like, each of the others says one word, he just says nothing i'm on the fourth episode i think..]

Nell: I stared at Xero. "I don't know what to get her," I said softly.
