Alice's eyes blinked open slowly, she was drenched in a cold sweat once again and shivering. She relived Dylan's death, she saw it.

Jac hums, walking up slowly slightly uncomfortable by his half upright position. As he blinks the sleep from his eyes he's confused for a moment of why he's not in his own bed before the nights events come back to him. "Alice?" He calls curious, rubbing his eye and suppressing a yawn.

Alice looked up at Jac, the whites of her eyes fully bloodshot and red. "R-Right here." She said but her voice was horribly weak. Her sickness was getting worse.

Looking at Alice it took Jac a minute to process her sickly look, but when it did a worry look overtook his features. "Alice? Are you alright?" He asked but quickly decided it was a stupid question and rose from the bed, tossing the covers aside. "I'm going to call a doctor." He said softly.

Alice nodded and laid her head back down, taking weak struggled breaths. The sweat beaded on her forehead, making her fever get worse. 110.5...Not good. She thought weakly, laying on her back.

After a quick call to the hospital Jac makes his way back to Alice. "I'm driving you to the hospital." He tells her picking her up gentle and carrying her through the house to the garage.

I sped through the streets to the hospital, smoothing controlling my car I pull into the emergency door of the hospital, where a few doctors rush Alice into the hospital.

A doctor stood by Alice's body that was lying in a hospital bed, an oxygen mask over her nose and mouth, eyes closed. It looked as if she was merely sleeping, but she was unconscious with her pale skin, dark red circles under her eyes and the veins under her eyes bulging.

Hurrying into Alice's room Jac spots a doctor. "How is she?" He asks, looking at the peaceful body on the bed.

The doctor looked up from the clipboard in his hands, the pen resting in mid word. He turned his look to Jac, "She's severely ill. Her heart's weakening and her lungs aren't getting enough oxygen into her system."

"We can try to get more oxygen into her system for now until we find out what exactly is causing her heart to weaken this fast." He said, his face firm.

Jac runs a hand through his hair. "She had." He couldn't remember exactly what it was, "Some problem in her stomach, cancer or something. Could that be the problem?"
