That was even worse. I lift up the page and read to him a line. "It is a heavy burden on my Soul. I would like to have it monitored by my loyal hound and..my spider.." Mention of her spider again. Who was this spider? "Sebastian get my attire ready for this evening," I order. We would have a tea party to go to tonight.

It's not that, it;s just Ed's picked up on Ciel's distaste for him so he's just being sarcastic when he say's 'unfortunately'.
